Applications are invited from candidates between the ages of 20 and 30 for the Aquaculture Training Programme for Educated Youth under the auspices of the Fisheries Department. The candidates should have successfully completed B.Sc. Aquaculture or V.H.S.E. in Aquaculture. Preference will be given to those belonging to the fisherfolk category.

The training will be imparted at selected farms, hatcheries and other training centres under the Fisheries Department. The training period, which is limited to 5 candidates, will be 8 months. During the said period, a stipend of Rs. 10000 per month will be provided. Interested candidates should submit their applications in the prescribed format to the Joint Director (Training), Fisheries, East Kadungallur, U.C. College P.O., Aluva or through email at nifamaluva@gmail.com on or before 25th July 2025. The application form is given below. Applications received after 25th July 2025 will not be considered. Those who have participated in this training programme in previous years need not apply.
